MHA564 Human Resource Management Strategies

This course examines the role of strategic planning and managing the workforce in a healthcare environment. 学生 will study the role of human resources management in organizations to include staffing, 培训, motivation and retention, 合规, 补偿, collective bargaining, affirmative action, and other regulatory issues. 学生 will develop an understanding of human resources as a business partner, the global nature of human resource management, and the role of technology in human resource management decisions. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to align the workforce to meet organizational strategy, 目标, 和计划, and resolve human resource management issues.
